Description

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, San Carlos Irrigation Project is soliciting quotations for the purchase of five (5) three phase electric distribution recloser and controller. San Carlos Irrigation Project is located at 13805 North Arizona Boulevard, Coolidge, Arizona 85228. Coolidge is located in Pinal County in Central Arizona. The three phase electric distribution recloser and controller shall include the following general specifications: a. For use on a 12.47 KV distribution system. b. Maximum continuous rating of at least 600 amperes. c. Ability to detect and operate for instantaneous and timed overcurrent conditions via on-board current sensing. d. Current interruption shall be done in vacuum with suitable enclosing dielectric (liquid, gas or otherwise). e. Of moderate size, 250 to 350 pounds. f. Provisions for electrical and manual operation, contact position indicator, operations counter. g. Operating temperature range shall be -32C to 70C. h. Controller shall be microprocessor based, enclosed in outdoor cabinet and completely separate from the recloser itself.
