Description

The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to negotiate and award a noncompetitive contract to DADE Chemistry Systems under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract action is for the provision of Preventive Maintenance Services on the DADE Automated Chemistry Analyzers at the PHS Indian Health Service facilities within the Billings Area. DADE is the manufacturer of the automated chemistry analyzers and thus prohibits anyone other than their manufacturer trained service representatives from providing these preventive maintenance services. The period of performance is one year with two one-year options.
