Description

This is to provide updated advance notice that SP4410-01-R-4000, Commercial Activities A-76 solicitation for Document Automation and Production Service (DAPS) will be issued on or about the first week of December 2000. Approximate closing date will be around the third week of February 2001. This RFP number has been changed from SP4400-00-R-3004 due to fiscal year change. This RFP will be a single award for document automation and production services for the continental United States. This RFP will be a hybrid indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a minimum and maximum for each period. This will result in a contract with a 3-year base period and 2, 1-year option periods. At this time, the intention is to also offer 2, 1-year incentive options. The resulting contract will include a minimum transition period of 90 days with a maximum transiton period of 360 days. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 323114, Quick Printing. The resulting contract will have set small business goals.
