Description

Non-competitive acquisition for a sole source Buy Indian contract to provide comprehensive health services for the eligible American Indian population living within the Sacramento service area. Services shall be provided for a 12 month period in accordance with the statement of work. The request for a non-competitive acquisition is being issued pursuant to 25 USC 47, the Buy Indian Act. This proposal is restricted to the Sacramento Urban Indian Health Project of Sacramento, CA.
