Description

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, labor, and other items and services necessary to perform custodial services at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas. -- Work will be performed in a manner that will ensure facilities covered in the contract maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance. -- Period of performance will be one base year with four (4) one year options. -- This is a firm-fixed price contract. -- Procurement is being issued as an 8(a) set-aside. -- Award will be made based on the Basic Source Selection Procedures. -- This office proposes to issue RFP F03602-01-R0003 on or about 25 October 2000. -- Solicitation package may be obtained at the following website: http://www.eps.gov
