- Contractor will provide labor and materials and renovate approximately 4,256 square feet of space within Room 106 of the New Orleans District Headquarters Building (located at 7400 Leake Avenue, New Orleans, LA). Renovations will include installing a raised flooring, dropping the ceiling, lowering existing sprinkler heads, installing light fixtures, and modifying the existing HVAC system. A Request for Quotations on this job will be issued on or about 13 November 2000. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
