- Furnish labor and materials necessary to renovate and refurbish approximately 1,500 square feet of office space within Building 788 at the Corps of Engineers Headquarters Building (located at 7400 Leake Avenue, New Orleans, LA). Renovations will include removing and replacing walls, ceilings, doors, tile floor, and HVAC system. A Request for Quotation on this job will be issued on or about 13 November 2000. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
