Description

Contractor shall furnish milk and milk products to Department of Veterans Affairs facilities with the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 21) which includes VA Palo Alto Health Care System, with divisions at Menlo Park, Livermore and VA Medical Center San Francisco. Contract period is December 1, 2000 through November 30, 2001 or one year from date of award. Contract is subject to availability of funds. NAIC code is 31151.
