- Description
- Single award term contract for period December 1, 2000 through November 30, 2001 for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Production of folded forms, approximately 4 orders per year. Each order will be for seven facilities. plus one annually business reply mailer, approximately 160,000 to 190,000 copies per order, 4 pages when folded, folded form is 8-1/2 x 11", business reply mailer, up to 5 x 6". Operations include pre-flight, research, writing, editorial assistance, design, handling, two color printing, binding, packing, mailing and delivery. Thirty workday production schedule. Product Quality Level III Attributes. Requirements for bidding are available by request via email or mail on your firms letterhead.
