Contractor will provide all tools, labor, materials, permits, license and supervision to demolish and construct areas as indicated in drawings and specifications for project "Medical Clinic Enhancements" at the Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina, Project #544-98-117. Work includes but is not limited to general construction, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, medical gas systems, sprinkler, fire alarm, removal of existing structure and construction required to accomplish the remodeling of approximately 7500 sf of existing space to create new clinic areas. Completion Time is within 485 days of the notice to proceed. The construction range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS code is 233320. Solicitation Number is IFB 544-028-01. Estimated solicitation issue date is November 15, 2000. Estimated bid opening date is December 15, 2000.
