Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) intends to negotiate and award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to British Aerospace Enterprises (BAE), Lansdowne PA, for the production and delivery of approximately 760 ASPJ Receiver Antennas for use on the F-14 aircraft. The RFP number is N00019-01-R-0028. BAE is the only source capable of performing this requirement as BAE is the sole owner of the proprietary rights for the antenna drawings. See Note 22 NAVAIR Synopsis No. 20106-00.
