The synopsis for solicitation SP0441-99-R-1503 is amended to add the reqirements of ARG00301046502, NSN 3120-01-330-6397, Bearing, Plain, Self-Aligning in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (cage 78286) part number SB5064-103 Rev. K. Only known approved source is Sargent Controls and Aerospace Kahr Bearing Division (cage 97613). This is a source control item and a critical application item. Only approved sources will be considered for award. Plans, specifications and/or drawings are not available from the Government and will not be furnished. The stated maximum quantity is 4000 per year with a guaranteed minimum of 1000 per year. The minimum delivery order quantity is 500 and the maximum delivery order quantity is 1800. All deliveries will be to a DLA stock location with and estimated 60% going to Tracy, CA and 40% going to New Cumberland PA.
