REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI-01), PROPOSED FULL FOOD SERVICE REQUIREMENT AND DRAFT STATEMENT OF WORK. *SPECIAL NOTE: THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE SUBJECT TO A STATUTORY PRIORITY UNDER THE FEDERAL RANDOLPH SHEPARD ACT -- if the State Licensing Agency_s Blind Enterprise Program Vendor_s proposal is within the competitive range, the State Licensing Agency will have the statutory priority for award under the RSA, even though it may not be the most highly rated or the lowest cost proposal.
