Description

The following details requirements for solicitation SP0100-01-R-4005. Subject acquisition will be negotiated on an Unrestricted basis for an Indefinite Quantity Type contract with Minimum/Maximum quantities and four term option years. ITEM: Strap and Drink Tube Assembly MBU 19/P Mask. NSN: 8475-01-331-6765. Base quantity- minimum 1045 each/maximum 1360 each. Four term option year quantities -- minimum 185 each/maximum 350 each. Destination is New Cumberland, PA and San Joaquin, CA. Six deliveries may be required beginning 240 days after date of award and every thirty days thereafter. First Articles will be required. Although military specifications are not available, a government owned drawing is available. All sources will be evaluated in accordance with Brooks AFB's procedures for officially adding a new source to the source controlled document. All materials will be contractor furnished. See numbered notes 9, 23 and 26. Anticipated issue date is Novermeber 17, 2000. Anticipated date for receipt of offers is December 19, 2000.
