Description

Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment and materials to install concrete graveliners for Mound City National Cemetery, Junction Highway 37 and 51, Mound City, IL 62963. Contract covers base period December 1, 2000 (or date of contract award, whichever is later), through September 30, 2001, with four 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2005. This acquisition is a total (100 percent) set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 327390 and a size standard of 500 employees is applicable. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation. Requests for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Mrs. Janice E. Corlew, Contract Specialist, and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable), payable to "U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs." DO NOT SEND CASH. Please reference Solicitation No. RFQ 786-06-01 on all remittances. No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about October 31, 2000.
