Description

USDA Forest Service, Southern California Province plans to award one (1) indefinite delivery contract for Architectural Engineering services. The scope of the contract includes field investigations, studies, reports, lifecycle cost analysis, construction cost estimates, preparation of construction drawings and specifications, design, contract management, product research and other related activities. The contract will be awarded for one year, with two, one year Government options to renew; depending on availability of funds and contractor performance. Minimum guarantee for each contract period will be $2,500; maximum ordering limitation will be $250,000 for any single order. In addition to criteria listed in Note 24, special criteria include: (5) firm must be domiciled in any of the following State of California counties; Monterey and all counties south to San Diego, and to the east; San Bernardino, Riverside and Imperial counties, (6) in-house AutoCad, version 2000 capability, and (7) facility design in the $250,000 to $5,000,000 construction cost range.
