Description

M -- TRADOC Acquisition Center is issuing a solicitation for the competition for DOL Services at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Action is competed under the A-76 process government by OMB Circular A-76 and associated agency supplements. Applicable SIC code is 8744 (Size Standard: $20 million). The apparent successful offeror will compete against the Government In-House Most Efficient Organization (MEO). If contracted, the services will include a 120-day Phase-In Period, a 12-month Base Period, and four (4) 12-month Option Periods (with the last option period encompassing a 2-month Phase-Out Period). Contract Type will be Cost Plus Award Fee (Base and Option Periods), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (Phase-In and Phase-Out Periods). The competitive range may be limited for efficiency purposes IAW FAR Part 15.3. Oral Presentations will be required of all offerors placed in the competitive range. NO PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITAITON OR ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS WILL BE PRINTED, MAILED OR PROVIDED. The solicitation and any Amendment issued will be posted on the TRADOC Acquisition Center Web Site at tac.eustis.army.mil under the heading "Solicitations". Announcement of Amendments will not be made, protential offerors are cautioned that the web site should be periodically perused to ascertain the issuance of Amendments. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled and cannot be supplied. The solicitation will be available for downloading on or about 1 November 2000. Closing is initially established for 15 January 2001. A Site Visit will be conducted at Fort Leonard Wood, MO on Saturday 18 November 2000. This is the only site visit to be held. SECTION L of the solicitation contains specifics on the site visit.
