Description

This CBD modifies Submission No. 499435, dated September 21, 2000. There are two additional Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in Silver City, New Mexico and Artesia, New Mexico that are being added to the solicitation. Solicitation will be available on or about 11/8/00 in lieu of 10/10/00. To receive a copy of the solicition, prospective offerors must submit their request in writing to the above address. Those requests already submitted need not re-submit a request. Procurement is subject to the availability of FY 2001 funds.
