Description

Solicitation ARCO-NAT-306-00-127-AN (IFB) Multifamily apartment building heating oil tank removal, in the city of Baltimore . The solicitation is for the services of a subcontractor to remove an old heating oil tank located in the basement that appears to be leaking. The contractor will act as a subcontractor to Arco Management of Washington, DC under its Prime Contract as Contractor Asset Manager for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the REO Service Center in Atlanta.
