Description

FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit on a full and open competitive basis for the provision of education services to teach an academic program with a concentration in e-commerce which will provide students with a Masters in Business Administration. Performance will be at two sites, one in Philadelphia, PA, one in Mechanicsburg PA. It is expected to award firm fixed price contract(s) for a period consisting of a base period of one year, and two one year options. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification number is 8221. There will be two pre-solicitation conferences held for this procurement. One will be held at the Naval Inventory Control Point, Mechanicsburg, PA Bldg 23a, Classroom #3 on November 16, 2000, 10:00 AM. All parties planning on attending this conference shall submit a list of names to Mr. Jesse Burnett at least five days before the date of the conference. Mr. Burnett can be reached at 717-605-5020. Another will be held at the Fleet Industrial Supply Center at the Naval Inventory Control Point, Philadelphia, PA Bldg 2b, on November 21, 2000, 10:00 AM.
