Description

This action published in the CBD on 23 October 2000 is amended as follows: The entire work includes excavation, fill, roads, parking, utilities and the construction of 184 units Bachelor Enlisted Quarters complex consisting of multistory reinforced concrete buildings and incidental related work. Quarters consist of three and four story garden style apartment buildings. Award for this procurement shall be based on the most proposed modules, at the lowest price. The construction cost limitation for this project is $21,500,000. The approximate Solicitation Release Date is 9 November 2000. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format on CD-ROM. The free Acrobat Reader, required to view the PDF files, is provided on the CD or can be downloaded from the Adobe website. A charge will be made for each CD. The charge is $12.50 each. This price includes priority mail postage. These sets will be made available upon receipt of a written request, and a non-refundable check or money order made payable to the U.S. Treasury. Large businesses shall submit a subcontracting plan prior to award of the contract.
