Description

The National Guard Bureau has finalized the cost and price analysis phase of the preaward activities related to Solicitation DAHA90-99-R-0001. It has been determined that discussions will be necessary, therefore, a competitive range will be established during the week of 30 Oct 00 and all offerors excluded from the competitive range will be notified in writing. This notice will be accompanied by a written preaward debriefing of the offeror's proposal. Offerors remaining in the competitive range will be contacted and a date and time scheduled for conducting discussions and to request submission of a Small Business Sub-Contracting Plan (SBSP) (large businesses only). Contract award(s) will be made and announced after successful conclusion of discussions, approval of SBSP, and approval of award(s) by the Source Selection Authority. It is expected that all contracts will be awarded by 30 Nov 00.
