See Note #1 -- AMI-American Management, Inc. as prime contractor to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is soliciting proposals for the provision of roofing services at Pine Cliff Apartments, Minneapolis, MN. AMI intends to award a firm fixed price contract from this solicitation. Interested vendors must go to the property located at 501 E. 19th St., Minneapolis, MN to verify conditions, elevations, and locations. Aggengements should be made by calling Jama Hassan, 612/874-6247 at the property. Estimated cost of this project is $100,000-$125,000. Insurance and Bonds will be required by the vendor who is awarded the contract.
