Description

This is an amendment to Submission No. 5054L0 for Flare, Surface, Trip, M49A1, NSN: 1370-00-752-8060. Please add: Award will be made to the offeror who provides the best value to the Government. Recent relevant past performance and price are the factors that will be evaluated to determine the best value. Past performance will consist of two subfactors, on-time delivery and quality. Price will be the proposed price plus the proposed option price. Recent, relevant past performance is slightly more important than price. A contract can be awarded to other than the low offeror. A Government-owned die/mold to make the lever will be furnished as Government Furnished Property(GFP).
