Subject item is competitive IAW TACOM Dwg #: 12258931 REV F. Subject RFP is solicited as a 100% set-aside to small business. Subject RFP is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The Estimated Annual Qty for the Base Year is 2706 each and 1972 each for each Option Year. The Ceiling Maximum Quantity for the Base Year is 3692 each and 2958 each for each Option Year. The Minimum Qty per Delivery Order is 493 each and 986 each is the Maximum Qty per Delivery Order. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty for the Base Year is 1720 each and 493 each for each Option Year. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
