The Supplies shal comply with applicable packaging requirements of the latest Edition of the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (1MDG Code). All performance test requirements shall be supported by Certificates and reports attesting to the date and data results obtained from Performance Oriented Packaging Testing. Contractors which do not self certify shall be responsible for assuring that Third Party sources providing performance testing services are in fact registered with the Department of Transportation.
