Unit Box Contains Twelve 2-OZ NET WT Tubes. EPA Registration/Labeling Required. MIL-STD-129N for S/L Marking DTD 15 May 1997. Type II Shelf Life 60 months. Solicitation is Unrestricted and is Soul Source. Automated Best Value System applies. Anticipated Firm Fixed Price (IQC)Indefinite Quantity Contract with EDI Capability. Contract will include One base Contract Period and four twelve month Option years. Estimated Annual Demand Qty 40,000 Boxes, Contractors must submit a Surge Plan, Detailing how they intend to meet the surge schedule. Surge Plane must be reviewed and approved by DSCR-JJB Prior to Award. Material Safety Data Sheet and Hazardous Warning Labels must be provided prior to award. Must complete Clause H8C, 252.223-7001 "Hazardous Warning Labels)that the Contractor shall label the item in Accordance to the Labelling requirements of Act 1 Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and rodenticide and write NSN and Act 1 in the Certification provided in that clause. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
