Description

The proposed modification is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source (EWK Eisenwerke Kaiserslautern) under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This action is for the acquisition of a Provisioning program/database for the IRB. The action is restricted to EWK as they own the technical data package for the IRB and are the only firm capable of performing this effort.
