Description

The New Mexico VA Health Care System, Albuquerque, New Mexico has a requirement for Radiology Services for veteran beneficiaries of the Farmington, Artesia and Silver City, New Mexico Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The services will be limited to general diagnostic x-ray examinations such as skull, chest and abdomen. Specialty radiological examinations and STAT requests, shall be pre-approved by the Clinic Director. Period of contract will be January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2001, with four (4) one-year options to renew. Prospective offerors must submit their request for solicitation in writing to the above address. Solicitation will be available on or about 11/9/00. Procurement is subject to the availability of FY 2001 funds. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 621512.
