Description

The Contractor shall perform Stat Laboratory Tests on patients and/or specimens referred by the DVA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)Ukiah, 238B Hospital Drive, Ukiah, CA 95482 for the period of February 1, 2001 (or date of award) through January 31, 2002. The Contractor will provide personnel, facilities, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide these services. Services include but are not limited to: 1. Obtaining specimen for Laboratory Test(s), 2. Perform laboratory tests on specimen(s) and 3. Fax results of Stat Laboratory tests to the Ukiah CBOC.
