Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Crane, Indiana shall procure Guard Mail Services. These services shall include the collection and distribution of mail as described in the attached Statement of Work. This solicitation is for commercial services and is being prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13(Simplified Acquisition Procedures), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation Number N00164-00-R-0156 is hereby issued as a request for Proposal (RFP). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19 and DCN 20000831. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this procurement is 4215 and the size standard is 18.5 MIL. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The award will be for one year, with four, one year option periods. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination. Final inspection will be at NSWC Crane, IN. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. To be eligible for award you must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
