Description

This is a Sources Sought request only. There is no solicitation package available. The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking companies interested in publishing and distributing the DeCA Vision Magazine monthly at no cost to the Government. The Vision is a commercial enterprise publication published to provide news, and command and professional information to employees of DeCA Worldwide. Each issue of Vision will be designed and produced in full color, magazine format and will consist of not less than 32 and no more than 62 pages, with one special almanac issue of approximately 118 to 124 pages; saddle stitched; trim size not to exceed 8 1/2 X 11 inches per page. Editorial content is edited, prepared and provided by the Public Affairs Office of DeCA. The Publisher will bear all costs and expenses of publishing Vision. All proceeds from the sale of advertising for Vision will belong to the Publisher, who agrees to look exclusively to such advertising sales for all publishing costs and profits, if any. Advertisements CANNOT include items currently sold in the commissaries.
