Description

Furnish all necessary management, personnel, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to accomplish all janitorial, restroom supply, and lawn care services at the Dardanelle Marine Terminal, Russellville Project Office, and adjacent grounds. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 56172 with a size standard of $12 million. Work shall be performed during non-business hours Monday through Friday. Solicitation will be made available upon registration at the Little Rock Contracting Division internet website (address below). If unable to register through the internet, a written request may be sent to Contracting Division at the address above, faxed to (501) 324-5196, or emailed. The request should provide the following information: Name of firm, Point of Contact, Mailing Address, Street Address for Parcel Delivery Service, Telephone and FAX Numbers (Including Area Code), E-Mail address, Level of Participation (General Contractor, Subcontractor, Supplier or Plan Room), and Large or Small Business status.
