Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment, Washington, DC has a requirement for the Naval Medical Information Management Center(NMIMC), Code 52, Bethesda, MD to procure accommodations and services for the purpose of conducting centralized training for CONUS and OCONUS MML users and MEPRS coordinators. The services shall include but is not limited to the following: 1) Lodging: -- One hundred fifty three (153) single rooms within the government's authorized travel lodging rate; 2) Meals for 153 participants within government perdiem rate; 3) Use of an auditorium (classroom facility) capable of seating 153 participants for five (5) days; 4) Theater style setting for 80 people equipped with standard audio visual equipment. 5) Two (2) computer rooms seating 40 people and 40 computers each -- equipped with standard audio-visual equipment for five (5) days, 6) Administration office/conference room space, office type setting, to include phone, copier, and fax capabilities; pads, pencils, etc 7) Shuttle service/transportation to and from Dulles International Airport, Washington, DC as needed for 153 people for airport and local drop-offs. The conference date is from 10 December 2000 through 15 December 2000. This is a commercial item procurement and FAR Part 12 and FAR 13.5 procedures will be used for the requirement.
