Description

The United States Postal Service is completing final site and building design plans for a new leased building of 2,585 gross SF on a controlled site containing 22,500 gross SF, with an Assignable Option to Purchase price of $37,500.00 in Ekalaka MT, for lease back to the Postal Service for a basic lease term of twenty (20) years plus two (2) five-year renewal options. Offerors will be required to purchase the site, execute a lease with construction rider, construct the specified building and lease it back to the Postal Service. Any award made under this solicitation will be made to the responsible offeror who provides the best overall value to the Postal Service. This is NOT a sealed bid advertisement, and proposals will NOT be publicly opened. Solicitation packages will be available on or about November 2, 2000. Please identify your request with the solicitation number. Submit request with a NON-REFUNDABLE check or money order for $100.00 per set made payable to A & D Draft Aid, PO Box 40877, Denver CO 80204-0877. Visa and Mastercard also accepted.
