Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, facilities, equipment, material, etc. to the Department of Veterans Affairs annual Cooperative Studies Program (CSP) meeting to be held in San Juan, PR. on June 20 -- 22 2001, in strict accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications of the solicitation. Location of the hotel shall be within 45 minutes of the San Juan metropolitan area and have easy access by public transportation. Approximataely 35 participates will attend this meeting and they will require estimated 105 "Room Nights" at the hotel.
