Description

The United States Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or new lease construction in Vermontville, Town and County of Franklin, State of New York. The preferred area is as follows: WITHIN THE HAMLET ALONG NYS RTE 3. The requirements for existing space or space to be modified are for about 1,800 square feet of existing net interior space with about 17 parking spaces. New lease construction space requirements are for about 1,800 square feet of net interior space and an ideal developable site size of about 44,800 square feet.
