THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE COMBINED Synopsis/RFO FOR REPAIR TRANSFORMER T44 SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS NOTICE. This notice serves as the official amendment to the subject solicitation and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to inform all interested parties of the following: The Bid Opening Date is hereby reestablished to December 14, 2000. Effective October 1, 2000, the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is being utilized in lieu of the SIC system previously used. The NAICS Code and small business size standard for this procurement are 235310 and $11.5 million, respectively. Please refer to original synopsis for a complete description of the project (posted on April 7, 2000) and Synopsis Amendment #1 (posted on April 13, 2000). The due date for receipt of offers is extended to December 14, 2000, 2:00 P.M. local time. Offers shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFO posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service.
