SYNOPSIS: PRON: AX0F5243AX, Noun: Swashplate, Controll, NSN: 1615-01-313-2243; P/N: 7-311527061, Quantity : 23 each. Applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. FOB Destination to New Cumberland, PA. With First Article delivery is 23 each 419 days after contract award. First Article Test Report is 267 DACA. Without First Article delivery is 23 each 279 days after contract award. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Approved sources are McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co., Mesa, AZ, The Purdy Corp., Manchester, CT, and Fenn Mfg. Co., Newington, CT. The time required for approval of a new supplier is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
