The Federal Correctional Institution, Waseca, Minnesota is seeking bids for pre-insulated steam pipe. Including 6" Sch. 40, ERW x 12" FRP x 20' (21 ea), 6" x 12' Building entry (2 ea), 6" x 45 deg Ell w/ Anchor (2 ea), 6" Expansion Loop 13' x 6'-6" (1 ea), 6" Expansion Loop 11' x 6' (1 ea), 6" Expansion Loop 9' x 5'-6" (1 ea), 6" Field Joint Insulation Kit (27 ea), 2" Sch. 40, ERW x 4" PVC (IPS125) x 20' (22 ea), 2" x 20' Building Entry (2 ea), 2" x 45 deg Ell w/Anchor (2 ea), 2" Expansion Loop 7' x 3'-6" (1 ea), 2" Expansion Loop 6' x 3' (1 ea), 2" Expansion Loop 5' x 2'6" (1 ea), 2" Field Joint Insulation Kit (27 ea), All components and materials to complete Low Pressure Duplex Condensate Return System. Shall include at a minimum: -- 21 gallon Black Steel Receiver, Floor Mount (1 ea), -Vertical pumps. 208/3/60, 56Y Frame, 22 GPM 30 PSIG Discharge, 3/4 hp/3500 rpm, ODP motor (2 ea), -Mechanical Altinator (1 ea), -Control Panel Mounted and Wired, Nema 1, Magnetic Starters, Control Circuit Transformer Auto-off Selector Switches 2/test Buttons (1 ea).
