Note 26 applies. NSN 5962-01-191-5743, Microcircuit, Linear. Approved sources are (03040) Power Control Devices P/N 240-674HR and Carleton Technicologies (04577) P/N 3249-8002-3. This solicitation is anticipated to be a long term indefinite quantity contract for a period of one year with two option years. The estimated annual quantities required are 60 each for the first year, 60 each for the second year, and 60 each for the third year. Incremental quantities from 10 to 99, 100 -- 299 and 300 to 500 are required to be priced. Failure to price each increment each year may result in rejection of the offer. This is an unrestricted procurement. FOB will be destination, with inspection and acceptance at origin. Direct ship and stock ship destinations will be as indicated on the individual delivery orders issued against the basic contract. Delivery is to be 90 days with earlier delivery acceptable with no additional cost to the government. All delivery orders will be faxed to expedite delivery. Alternate offerors must provide technical data of both their alternate item and the approved item at the time of quote submission in order to be considered for award. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Copies of this solicitation are available via the DSCC Website as shown below and may not be available until 15 days after published in the CBD.
