- The Government intends to negotiate with Eclipse Surgical Technologies, Inc., 1049 Kiel Court, Sunnyvale, CA to provide ten (10) Sologrip III handpiece, part #705-37020 and an Eclipse TRM2000 Holmlum Laser System, Part #100-02000. Additional quantities of the handpieces, not to exceed 50, may be purchased, as required, up to one (1) year after contract award. This is not a request for proposals. See numbered Note 22.
