Description

Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to negotiate a commercial item sole source contract with Lucent Technologies, Greensboro, NC, for maintenance of the digital conferencing and switching system located in the Pentagon. The contract provides emergency technical assistance services and technical assistance services via remote login for maintenance and diagnostic, hotline support to analyze and assist in correcting problems, provides all parts and materials, on-line technical support, and a location to mail defective parts. This contract is a follow on to an existing contract. The period of performance will be from 1 October 2000 through 30 September 2001. There is no solicitation package available. Capability statements must be received in writing by email or fax on or before 15 November 2000. See Note 22.
