Description

HQ USSOCOM has a requirement for Veritas 2nd year Software Maintenace/Support.This is a sole source procurement with Veritas as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for technical support services of Veritas products and related products. Performance period: 12 months. Delivery Address: USSOCOM/PEO11s, 7701 Tampa Point Blvd, MacDill AFB, FL 33621-5000. POC: Cathy Tuckerman (813) 828-0125. FOB: Destination, Acceptance: Destination. Standard Industrial Code is 7379. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. FAR Provision 52.212-1, 52.212-2, applies to this acquisition. Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable price, technical acceptability, and adherence to applicable clauses, provisions, delivery schedule and satisfactory past performance record. Additional applicable FAR Clauses: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.203-3, 52.215-11, 52.233-2, 52.247-34, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.228-5, and 52.222-48.
