Description

Provide Homemaker and Home Health Aid Services to eligible veterans in Bernalillo, Sandoval and Valencia Counties, as well as sixteen (16) rural counties. The contractor must be JCAHO accredited. Prospective offerors must submit their request for solicitation in writing to the above address. Solicitation shall be available on or about November 14, 2000. It is the intent of the Government to award for one year with two (2) one-year renewal options. Procurement is subject to FY 2001 funds. NAICS code for this procurement is 62412.
