- This notice is issued to increase the subject contract with Atlas Technologies, Inc., Charleston, SC. This contract will be increased by $2,743,923.93 with a total contract amount of $7,303,430.68. This procurement is for engineering services for program support of the Integrated Network Manager (INM), a component of the Automated Digital Network Systems (ADNS).
