Description

An A-76 cost comparison study is being conducted of Installation Support Services at Fort Hunter Liggett, CA in accordance with the OMB Circular A-76, Performance of Commercial Activities. The Installation has approximately 140 spaces under review and it is undetermined at this time how many spaces will be Government in Nature. The Contracting Office at Fort McCoy anticipates the contract type will be a cost plus award fee. Contract term will consist of a phase-in period, a base year plus four option years. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8744 and the small business is $20 million annual average gross revenue of the concern for the last three fiscal years including Foreign and Domestic affiliates. Based on the results of the cost comparison the Government may elect to award a contract or to retain the functions in-house. The functions under study include 1) Directorate of Personnel and Community Activities (DPCA), 2) Directorate of Logistics (DOL), 3) Directorate of Public Works (DPW), 4) Directorate of Information Management (DOIM), and 5) Plans and Training (DPT). The above services are not all inclusive. Contractors are required to provide all management and labor required for the operation and management of the functions listed.
