Description

Single award term contract is for 1 year (base year period of December 1, 2000 through November 30, 2001) and 2 option year periods (December 1, 2001 through November 30, 2002 and December 1, 2002 through November 30, 2003) for IRS, Florence, KY. These specifications cover the production of various IRS form requiring such operations as copy pickup, film making, reproducibles, printing, binding, packing, shipping/mailing, and delivery. Approximately 55 orders, printed face only or face and back, and approximately 2,000 to 960,000 copies per order. Material to be picked up from Florence, KY. Deliver f.o.b. destination to Florence, KY; Covington, KY; and Cincinnati, Ohio metropolitan area and ship f.o.b. contractor's city to various destinations. Production time 3 to over 10 workdays. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
