Description

THIS PROJECT IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The work consists of demolition, removal and disposal of the Galvez Street Wharf, warehouse and adjacent storeroom, including foundations, piling, utilities, railroads and miscellaneous debris. Asbestos removal and stone removal can be anticipated. Excavation, grading, fertilizing, seeding and fencing are required. Time allowed to complete the project will be more than 400 calendar days. Bids will be accepted from SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS ONLY. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 234990; former SIC Code is 1629. The small business size standard is $27.5 Million. The solicitation (plans and specifications) will be issued, free of charge, by Electronic Bid Set (EBS CD-ROM). See Note 1.
