***The below listed requirement is canceled, effective immediately. No funding was obtaned to award the contract.*** The project is construction with a magnitude of $250,000 to $500,0000. SIC code is 1522. Description of work as follows: Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 960047, Renovate redwood _ Baths in Military Family Housing in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and drawings for this project. The contract is to upgrade and renovate sixty-four (64) _ bathrooms in Redwood housing. Remove all existing and install new fixtures and accessories and provide new wall, ceiling and floor finishes. Period of performance will be 180 calendar days. Bonds will be required. The government is considering whether or not to set aside the acquisition for HUBZone concerns only. If you are a HUBZone firm interested in this project and reasonably expect to submit a proposal, please respond by e-mail to Sheryl.Scheer@grandforks.af.mil In your response include a positive statement of your remaining bonding capacity, list of similar jobs completed within the last three years including references, and all contracts now in progress. Your response must be complete and include this information, otherwise the government will assume a reasonable offer by your firm will not be expected. Your response is requested by 12 Jun 00. If you do not reply by this date, we will assume you are not interested in this project. Depending on responses from HUBZone concerns, this acquisition will either be a HUBZone set-aside or an unrestricted acquisition. Once issued, offerors must review the solicitation to determine offer eligibility. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. All contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered. Contractors can obtain further information on the Central Contractor registration at website http://www.safaq.hq.af.mil/contracting/ccr0.html. This solicitation will only be available by downloading the solicitation file at website http://www.eps.gov. No paper copies or CD-ROM's will be issued.
